Shipments and returns As we are experiencing higher volume due to COVID19, we aim to have all packages dispatched within 3 working days after the day of receipt of payment. Packages are shipped via Fastway IF AN ORDER IS DISPATCHED, AND THEN RETURNED TO US AFTER MULTIPLE FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, WE CAN ONLY REFUND THE COST OF PRODUCTS, NOT SHIPPING COSTS, AS THESE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID. MAXIMUM DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND HOLD-OVER TIMES VARY IN DIFFERENT AREAS, BUT AT LEAST 7 DAYS IS GIVEN. Damage to parcels must be notified immediately to both the couriers and ourselves. If an item is damaged or missing and we are not informed within 12 hours (with photo in original packagining) of receipt of package we cannot refund the item. Similarly, tracking numbers are provided on dispatch. We must be informed within 24 hours of a misdelivery or we cannot replace items. In the event of a single damaged item or two in a parcel, these will be refunded, we do not re-ship individual items. Unfortunately sometimes things may show as in stock, but may be unavailable. If an item is out of stock at time of postage, we will contact you. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
